This budget cutting would not have an impact on the execution of priority programs.

"This is more a matter of paper. So it says down by Rp 2.4 trillion is a matter of its accounting fell to Rp 2.4 trillion, as the silpa assumption, which was originally estimated at Rp 12 trillion, turns out to be Rp 9.5 trillion," he stated.

The he said budget planning must be better thus the budget absorption is getting better.

"In the future, hopefully, our absorption can be better thus our silpa decreased by Rp 12 trillion. When silpa audit is done at Rp 9.5 trillion, so we'll do adjustment or decreased at Rp 2.4 trillion," he explained.

As for the information, based on the Home Minister Regulation No. 38/2018 about Guidelines for Preparation of 2019 APBD, the city must draft the amendment APBD, starting from discussion of KUPA-PPAS towards the legislative for further discussion.

That became the city basis to compile, deliver and discuss the Draft Bylaw about APBD amendment.

This year's KUA-PPAS includes changes in income and revenue from regional financing, changes in the temporary ceiling per function and SKPD/UKPD, programs and activities, indirect spending and regional expenditure plans for 2019 budget.
